L\u2019auriculoth\u00e9rapie est une m\u00e9thode th\u00e9rapeutique d\u00e9riv\u00e9e de l\u2019acupuncture et consistant \u00e0 stimuler certains points nerveux du pavillon de l\u2019oreille. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en place par le m\u00e9decin fran\u00e7ais Paul Nogier en 1951. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Depuis 1987, l\u2019auriculoth\u00e9rapie est officiellement reconnue par l\u2019Organisation Mondiale de la Sant\u00e9 (OMS)\u00a0<\/strong>comme une m\u00e9decine alternative et compl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’auriculoth\u00e9rapie est propos\u00e9e pour l’arr\u00eat du tabac (sevrage tabagique).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La m\u00e9thode traditionnelle par auriculoth\u00e9rapie consiste \u00e0 poser des aiguilles d\u2019acupuncture sur des points pr\u00e9cis de l\u2019oreille externe, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment en piquant le pavillon par des aiguilles st\u00e9rilis\u00e9es. Il est possible \u00e9galement d’utiliser des petites graines recouvertes d’un sparadrap et positionn\u00e9es sur les points de l’oreille \u00e0 stimuler par le patient lui-m\u00eame. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019auriculoth\u00e9rapie peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour le sevrage tabagique et pour toute autre d\u00e9pendance, en 1 \u00e0 3 s\u00e9ances chez une personne d\u00e9cid\u00e9e \u00e0 se sevrer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
